Here we go...

It seems to me that every time a small window of opportunity opens for decision makers in Rhode Island to bail out on making the tough decisions needed to fix the state, they jump through it. In this particular case, while the windfall being discussed is great, it isn't enough to wad a shotgun. Unfortunately, taking the easy way out on the back of the taxpayers seems to be the thing for these folks to do in Rhode Island. I know there are many who want to do the right thing....so lets hope there is some push-back from them here.
